Harry

Harriett,

We are celebrating one year with Harry and wanted to celebrate our good fortune by a $100 donation to Ruffus Rescue.  We used paypal and hope you received our gift today.

Over this year, Harry has come out of shell and is quite happy and playful.  He talks and wiggles when we come everyday.  We thank you for bringing Harry to us and for your commitment to helping so many dogs, like Harry, find loving homes because of you.

With best wishes, Brooks and Jane

Callie (Penny Lane)

Hi Harriett!

I just wanted to let you know what a joy Penny is in our home.  She is doing very well and we just adore her!  Thank you so much for all you do and please thank Brad for us as well for taking such good care of her.  All the best to you and the team at Ruffus

Captain

Hi Harriett,

I adpoted my dog Brooklyn (now named Captain) from you about a year ago and I just wanted to email you to tell you how appreciative I am for the work that you do. Captain is the love of my life and I can't imagine my life without her now! She lives in a very happy home. She is so affectionate and although she has a ton of energy, she always shows that she is eager to please! She is truly a great dog. So, thank you so much because without you we wouldn't have one another!

Zoe

Harriett:

I just want to thank you again for rescuing this wonderful dog.  She has been a true joy and gift to me.  Please thank her foster Mom for me, too.  The work that you do saves wonderful lives.  She is doing great and adapting well.  She makes friends everywhere we go.  Has a growing fan club. She is so well behaved.  Thank you again

Benny

Hi Harriett,

We adopted our dog Benny (aka Manny) a couple of years ago from Ruffus Rescue. There is no way you could remember us, but we want to thank you again for saving Benny. He is the best dog ever (even though he gets in the trash and sometimes pees on the coffee table, but hey, no one is perfect.) Below is a picture of Benny with our son Drew. Benny is the only dog I have ever met that insists on a high thread count and cool pillow in order to go to sleep.

Thanks again.

Arthur

Hi Harriett!

I just wanted to touch base with you and let you know how Arthur is doing. I have attached some pictures that show you just how comfortable he is here! Can you say *spoiled* !

He thinks he is the king of the house!  All of the animals are getting more used to each other every day. My son worked a double shift yesterday, so he was extremely tired when he left the house this morning. Arthur was not in his crate when I got home. He had been asleep on my bed when my son left and he didn't even think of crating him. He was a VERY good boy!

He is also getting more used to the backyard and going out either by himself or with the other dog. I am so happy that I came across his picture. He is everything I wanted in a new dog, and reminds me so much of my Charlie dog that I had.
